THE IDEA
Iseldo rises from the immagination and from the effort of The Maules’.
Children, grandchildren, brothers and sisters who worked together. We decided to create this product together because it is the symbol of our history. We are Iseldo. During a family dinner, at Nonna Lieta’s house, children always asked about Nonno Iseldo, they liked to know about his life and his work. Listening to his experiences, they had the idea of proposing again the wine that Nonno Iseldo used to produce more than 30 years ago. The Ancestrale Col Fondo is not an old wine, it is a vintage wine. First the family created a group chat where they shared all their opinions, then they started to realize this project. Every member of the family dedicated its time to personalise the packaging and the label of The Ancestrale col fondo wine.

THE LABEL
It was necessary to create a new label, a label which represents first of all Nonno Iseldo and then our family. Following some guidelines everybody participated and presented an idea of Iseldo’s label. There were nine proposals. The one that won was a label with the drawing of a modern San Marco Lion, in the background the Palladian Basilic of Vicenza and the columns of Biade square. The back label has a poem dedicated to Nonno Iseldo written by one of his grandchildren. In Italian sounds like this: Di ancestrale passione racchiudo il fermento…di una vita il momento è il suono che sento! Esplosioni a sorriso…dipingo ogni viso! “turbio”…a modo mio...questo sono io… ISELDO!
